We’re looking for an experienced Claims Manager to lead a high-performing team in their Toronto office. This is a leadership opportunity focused on complex, commercial claims across multiple specialty lines, including Cyber, D&O, and E&O. Responsibilities

• Manage the team of claims examiners and support staff, ensuring smooth claims procedures
• Conduct employee reviews to manage team performance
• Address performance issues within the team
• Support onboarding of new employees and delegate tasks
• Promote business development with brokers and foster interactions within the claims team
• Strengthen international relationships with regional offices and departments such as Underwriting and Actuarial teams

Qualifications

• 7+ years of multi-line claims experience
• 3+ years of management/leadership experience
• Understanding of specialty product lines such as E&O, D&O, and Cyber
