As a Recreation Therapy Worker, you'll play a vital role in implementing our established Recreation Therapy Program, focusing on geriatric residents and short-stay clients.

How You Can Make a Difference :

As a Recreation Therapy Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents by delivering meaningful and engaging recreation therapy programs. Working within a client-centered model and as part of an interdisciplinary team, you will lead both individual and group activities—ranging from arts and crafts to music, cooking, gardening, and fitness programs. You will help plan and facilitate special events, organize program materials, and support residents in participating fully and safely. You’ll also accompany residents on outings, adapting activities to meet their physical, cognitive, emotional, and spiritual needs. Your compassion and creativity will make a real difference every day.
