Responsabilités principales:

- Répondre aux appels entrants;

- Faire la prise de rendez-vous pour le département du service en communiquant avec les clients par téléphone, courriels et textos;

- Recueillir l'information du client, de ses préoccupations et recommander l'entretien requis pour son véhicule;

- Confirmer les rendez-vous;

- Effectuer des appels sortants (campagne promotionnelle, rappel d'entretien, etc.)

Qualifications et compétences requises :

- Avoir un sens de l’initiative, une capacité d’adaptation, de la minutie et savoir user de son jugement;

- Pouvoir communiquer en français et en anglais afin de répondre aux besoins de notre clientèle bilingue;

- Communiquer de façon professionnelle par téléphone et courriel;

- Avoir de l'entregent et un ton de voix confiant et dynamique;

- Être capable de travailler dans un environnement informatisé et en constante évolution;

- Identifier et traiter les priorités afin d’atteindre les objectifs;

- Avoir une aisance à transiger avec une clientèle d’affaires;

- Avoir de la facilité et de l’intérêt à travailler en équipe.

Main responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls;

- Scheduling appointments for the service department by communicating with customers via phone, email and text;

- Gather customer information, concerns and recommend required maintenance for their vehicle;

- Confirming appointments;

- Make outbound calls (promotional campaigns, maintenance reminders, etc.)

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Have a sense of initiative, adaptability, attention to detail and good judgment;

- Ability to communicate in French and English to meet the needs of our bilingual clientele;

- Communicate professionally by phone and email;

- Interpersonal skills and a confident and dynamic tone of voice;

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, computerized environment;

- Identify and address priorities in order to achieve objectives;
