AgeCare is looking for a Regional Director (RD) to oversee all Clinical, Support Services, and Facility Services across our Continuing Care communities in Victoria, British Columbia. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by driving excellence in care and service delivery.

What You Will Do

• Champion Our Vision : Lead with purpose by effectively promoting AgeCare’s Mission, Vision, and Guiding Principles to inspire and motivate care teams and partners.
• Lead with Impact : Guide diverse teams across multiple sites, resolving conflicts with empathy and ensuring a harmonious work environment where every voice is heard.
• Collaborate & Support : Step in as a strong leader in the absence of department managers, offering direction and support across all aspects of community operations.
• Uphold Excellence : Demonstrate exceptional professionalism, integrity, and ethics in all actions, setting the standard for care and service delivery.
• Shape the Future : Play a key role in recruiting, selecting, and mentoring inspiring care leaders who share your dedication to quality service.
