Your work environment at EXP

EXP’s Land Development Group is seeking talented engineers who have a focus on water resources and stormwater management with experience in civil land development design for subdivisions and site plan projects. This role will support a variety of projects throughout GTA that involve water resources, project design, and construction services. EXP provides flexibility for employees to work in any of our offices in the GTA with the option to work remotely on the other days.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

• Planning, design, permitting, and construction phase services and will include activities focused on design of civil land development and stormwater projects.
• Responsibilities may include overseeing the planning and design of various project elements, the preparation of project reports, hydraulic models, calculations, drawings, construction plans and specifications, permitting packages, and documents for inclusion in the final project deliverables.
• Overseeing construction phase engineering services.
• Coordination with clients, sub-consultants, regulatory agencies, and members of the public will be necessary to accomplish assigned objectives.

The salary range for this role is between $90.2K-$119.6K. The actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
