Competitive base salary plus STIP and LTIP

4–5 days per week in the downtown Toronto office

Our client is an established, growth-oriented institutional real estate platform managing over $1.5 billion in assets. They are looking for a Chief Financial Officer to oversee all financial operations across their corporate, development, and fund structures. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the company’s financial infrastructure, reporting, and governance meet the expectations of institutional investors and joint venture partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all corporate and consolidated reporting in accordance with GAAP / IFRS.
• Lead financial operations across multiple entities, funds, and development projects.
• Manage audits, tax filings, and compliance with institutional‑grade standards.
• Oversee development accounting, project finance, and construction draw processes.
• Support investor reporting, NAV calculations, and performance analyses.
• Lead system enhancements and automation initiatives (Yardi preferred).
• Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership and investors.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing finance team.
