Position Overview

Full Time (CAN) OMNI Department Manager at Walmart Canada

Responsibilities

• Participate in training and development of all OMNI Associates.
• Complete Back Office Setup including Review of Future Grocery Order Summary, Grocery Order Daily Pickup Report, Confirmation of Daily Orders, Identification of Payment Exceptions, Identification of Picks, Determination of workload by commodity; Assign CFAs; Fills in Staging Whiteboards; Setting up of Handhelds / Printers for CFAs.
• Check email and AMP+ for Action Items.
• Complete daily picks and post pick activities such as clearing and setting Service Stations, Tote Cleaning, maintaining e-commerce cleaning standards and ensuring Back Office is NCO and ready for next day.
• Lead by example by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner and assist by promoting products / services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions.
