Customer Service Representative - English and Spanish

We are looking for motivated professionals who are passionate about customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving for exciting opportunities within a dynamic team working in the aviation industry!

This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to efficiently manage high volumes.

Salary: $22/hour
Availability: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, 40 hours per week
Contract: 5 months contract, possibility of extension
Training: Onsite initially, then hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days at home)
Languages required: English and Spanish (French is an asset but not mandatory) - you'll be handling LATAM clients
Contract End Date: December 31, 2025

Responsibilities
Manage daily tasks, including phone calls, chats, queries, escalations, and debt collections.
Provide exceptional customer experiences in English, Spanish
Building and managing relationships with international clients.
Responsibilities include handling communication and queries, managing documentation, and resolving disputes.
Escalating unresolved customer issues to meet their requirements within specified timeframes.
Collaborating with colleagues globally to improve collections processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
To excel in these roles, you'll require:

Corporate experience in a call center setting, preferably with prior collections experience and proficiency in communication channels (phone, chat, CRM system).
Fluency in spoken and written English & Spanish; familiarity with French and other languages is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail, analytical prowess, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a customer-centric mindset.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Familiarity with SAP, CRM systems (SalesForce), and Microsoft applications is beneficial, but not mandatory
Min of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably with query/support queue management.
