Founded in Israel in 2010 Tipalti is a global business headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area (Foster City) with offices in Tel Aviv Plano Toronto Vancouver London Amsterdam Tbilisi and Medellin.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Data Analytics

• Manage and process operational customer and supplier data with accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Execute and troubleshoot macros and scripts in Excel or Google Sheets to create customized analyses using standard business assumptions.
• Leverage AI tools and machine learningdriven analytics to automate data preparation identify patterns and enhance insight generation.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI Excel Google Sheets and Salesforce to provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Conduct recurring and ad-hoc analyses to identify trends performance drivers risks and improvement opportunities.
• Refine and interpret analytical outputs into polished business-ready visualizations and presentations aligned with organizational goals.
• Transform and visualize complex datasets into clear actionable insights for business stakeholders.

Process Improvement / Operational Efficiency

• Collaborate across the team to streamline reporting processes enhance data workflows and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and implement automation projects to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy through data integration and AI-driven process optimization tools.
• Build and refine scalable processes for consistent high-quality data reporting and operational efficiency.
• Use AI-assisted solutions to monitor performance trends detect anomalies and recommend process enhancements.
• Support leadership and business partners with timely analyses KPI tracking and performance reporting aligned with organizational goals.
• Balance multiple stakeholder requests while meeting SLA requirements and maintaining precision and quality.
• Automate workflows and integrate data sources.
• Build scalable reporting frameworks.
• Adapt quickly to evolving tools priorities and business needs while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

About you

• Bachelors degree in Business Data Analytics Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business operations analytics or a similar role. Industry experience from B2B SaaS or FinTech preferred.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency (formulas pivot tables macros scripts).
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI Tableau or Sigma).
• Proficiency in Salesforce reporting dashboard management and data integration.
• Experience leveraging AI and automation platforms such as ChatGPT Microsoft Copilot Power BI Copilot and Python-based AI/ML tools for data analysis reporting or process optimization.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication organization and multitasking ability.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities independently in a fast-paced setting.

Anticipated base pay rate for this position: $85000 - $107000 CAD.

Variable (commission or bonus) pay rate will be paid in addition to base salary noted above.
