Systems Administration Lead
- Primary Focus : Day-to-day operational management of IT systems and Internal user support.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain operating systems and applications.
- Handle patch management, system updates, and configuration.
- Provide support for service requests and system troubleshooting.
- Ensure uptime and performance of systems and services.
- Work closely with the Infrastructure & Reliability team to address system issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Team Structure :
- System Administrators : Manage user accounts, handle troubleshooting, and maintain system health.
Help Desk Technicians : Provide frontline support to users and manage support tickets.
