Systems Administration Lead

  • Primary Focus : Day-to-day operational management of IT systems and Internal user support.
  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Manage and maintain operating systems and applications.
  • Handle patch management, system updates, and configuration.
  • Provide support for service requests and system troubleshooting.
  • Ensure uptime and performance of systems and services.
  • Work closely with the Infrastructure & Reliability team to address system issues and performance bottlenecks.
  • Team Structure :
  • System Administrators : Manage user accounts, handle troubleshooting, and maintain system health.

Help Desk Technicians : Provide frontline support to users and manage support tickets.
