Contract Analyst

Our client, a major financial institution in Canada is looking to hire a Contract Analyst for a 12-month contract. This role is hybrid with 2-3 days in downtown Toronto.

You will be responsible for the following duties :

• Lead the end-to-end process of acquiring market data services, including identifying potential vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth implementation within the organization.
• Manage all aspects of contract lifecycle management, from initial negotiation to renewal, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate closely with the Invoice Payment Team to review vendor invoices, verify cost accuracy, and facilitate timely payment processing while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with contractual agreements, ensuring that service entitlements are aligned with contract parameters and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between internal business partners and external vendors, facilitating communication, understanding data sourcing needs, and ensuring seamless integration of technology solutions.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of market data contracts, vendor communications, and invoice documentation in databases, ensuring accessibility and data integrity for reporting and auditing purposes.
