Salary range (but not limited to):

94,200 - 115,200

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

With a user-focused and business-oriented approach, you will lead multidisciplinary experts in the development of human-centered AI solutions that empower users to achieve their goals with increased productivity and efficiency.

As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in the development of our AI solutions. You will be responsible for defining plans, conducting thorough research, and building products from the ground up. As an expert in our products, you will ensure the frequent launch of new improvements, track their performance, and communicate results/recommendations.

This opportunity is ideal for someone eager to learn about new technologies, capable of navigating uncertainty and keen to build robust products from the foundation. A high level of autonomy is essential, as you will need to make important decisions and lead the project with a clear and independent vision.

Reporting to the Manager, Design – AI Experience, your main responsibilities will include:

What you'll do here:

• Define the AI (Artificial Intelligence) product vision and strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders and to understand business goals and translate them into a clear vision for AI user-centered product development.

• Manage the backlog: Prioritize the backlog of work to ensure the product is delivered according to roadmaps. Guide sprint planning and execution to refine and prioritize AI-experience related tasks.

• Facilitate cross-collaboration: Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary agile team from idea generation to execution. Work with business stakeholders, designers, data scientists, and developers. Demonstrate the value of AI solutions through effective communication and presentations.

• Manage risks: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with AI products. Stay informed about industry best practices in AI development.

• Monitor product performance: Track the impact of AI solutions. Iterate based on performance metrics and user feedback to ensure exceptional user experiences.

What you bring to the table:

• At least 5 years of experience in creating and delivering digital products.

• Exceptional communication skills: Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders through effective communication, serving as a leader who persuades and convinces with clarity.

• Expertise in agile methodologies.

• Good knowledge of performance measurement tools such as Google/Adobe Analytics.

• Proven experience in product design.

• Expertise in presentations and workshop facilitation.

• Good understanding of technical aspects related to design and development.

• Experience with AI technologies is highly desirable.

• For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.

• No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
