Job Type : Full-time

Shift Time : 3 : 30PM to 12AM (But must be flexible to work any shift)

Shift Days : Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday

21.89 / hr ( After 6 months increase : $22.42 / hr, and after 12 month : $23.93 / hr)

Hiring Requirements :

As a Baker at Bimbo Canada, you will be :

Baking experience & Mechanical aptitude is an asset

Be able to perform physically demanding work (up to 40lbs)

Depending on production requirements, associates may be assigned alternate duties and additional responsibilities.

Entering data into ORACLE system, able to perform start-ups at beginning of production runs ensuring Pre-op Safety & Food Safety inspection are performed.

Effective communication across all areas of the process and other departments (i.e. sanitation, maintenance, distribution, etc.), including supervision and lead hand.

Follow Standard Operating Procedures for all mixing resources (equipment & associates).

Promote a safe work environment, ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), 5S and housekeeping are properly maintained within the work area.

Ensure proper documentation is completed correctly and in a timely manner according to HACCP requirements (i.e. lot numbers, etc.).

Ensure quality of the products is within specifications.

Be able to cover different positions, that has been trained on, daily.
