Responsibilities :
Candidate will carry a quota and / or revenue target and will be held accountablefor all aspects of the business relationship with Siemens DISW Channel Partnerreps in a defined set of strategic accounts and a defined geography. Ultimately, this critical contribution willenable the North American Channel to contribute to the success of the America’sZone and greater success of Siemens.
These responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) :
Territory and Account planning and execution withthe Channel sales repsCreate and adhere to quarterly business planswith the Partner sales repsEnsure plan accountability with frequentinteraction and reviewsUse objective monitoring tools includingSalesforce to measure progress and identify potential problems before theyoccurEngage with other Siemens colleagues to expandportfolio adoption at strategic accountsUnderstanding of and ability to articulate theSiemens DISW messageCoach and mentor Partner Sales reps on theintricacies and details of the portfolio and secure the appropriate resourcesfor the PartnerIndirect revenue management and co-selling forthe assigned geographyWork towards 100% contribution and execution fromeach Partner Sales RepSupport increasing Partner sales productivity byleveraging all channel efforts to include field marketing, product launches,and product promotionsEnsure Partner Sales Reps adhere to SIEMENS DISWChannel policies including employing and consistently taking advantage ofproductivity tools such as Sales Force deal tracking and Saba for trainingMust demonstrate an ability to excel within across-functional team environmentResponsible for upholding Siemens integrity / bestinterestsRequirements :At least 5 years of experience in selling HighTech products of some typeStrategic planning experience, proactive businessskills, financial management skills, and strong collaborative skillsExcellent oral / written communication andlistening skillsAbility to present information, analyses, andrecommendations to various levels including executive managementWorking knowledge of Channel Sales and indirectreseller business model is essentialAccount selling and management skills withproject management experience is desiredBusiness development acumen and experienceselling to “C-level” principals in the Small and Mid-Sized Business (SMB)marketSuperior organizational and time managementskillsEnergy, curiosity, spirit, and a winning attitudeAbility to multitask managing multiple projectsand campaignsExperience dealing with cross functional teamsProven negotiation experience and skills willdifferentiateCandidate must reside in CanadaWhy us?
