Location : Lasalle College, Montreal, Quebec
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan class sessions ;
- Deliver sessions in a dynamic, efficient and structured manner ;
- Design formative and summative assessments using the competency-based approach ;
- Administer and correct assessments ;
- Monitor each student and encourage success ;
- Be available to students in order to promote their development of the skill targeted by the course ;
- All other related tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
- You must be legally entitled to work in Canada;
- Hold a university certificate or diploma or a college diploma, with an option or concentration in the discipline concerned;
- Teaching or have teaching experience in the discipline for one full semester within the last five (5) years;
- Have practised a trade or profession related to the discipline or course in question for at least two (2) years.
This role involves interaction with internal and external clients and partners on a national and global scale. Professional proficiency in English is therefore a requirement for this role.
