Adventure Bude is an exceptional multi activity centre found not more than 200m from the stunning North Cornish Coast with its world class climbing and surfing on your door step.

We start in March with a comprehensive training course and the last groups join us in October. Our intensive training course ensures this position is suitable for all and no previous experience is required. We will provide you with all of the NGB qualifications, soft skills and centre knowledge to ensure you are ready and prepared to provide the finest activity residential experience possible to each and every one of our guests and to begin your career in the outdoors!

During the season you will be a full time multi activity instructor working with a variety of group types. Our main visitors are school groups aged between 9 – 15 year olds. However we also have younger and older groups and during the Summer holidays open our doors to individuals, families and friends. These visitors take part in a multi activity programme including the following activities which you will be responsible for delivering! No two days are the same!

Activities Include -

Adventure Bude really do provide an excellent introduction for those new to working in the outdoor environment but also a fantastic opportunity for those with previous experience of working in the outdoors to further their career.
