Job Overview
Configure and customize HRSD modules : HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Center / Employee Center Pro, and HR Knowledge Management.
Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with SuccessFactors EC, Workday, or other HR systems using REST / SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
Configure role-based access controls and maintain data confidentiality for sensitive HR data.
Conduct unit testing, UAT support, and maintain detailed technical documentation for configurations and integrations.
Work closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and platform architects to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and implement new features like Virtual Agent, AI Search, and Performance Analytics.
