Scrum Master

Scrum Master / BA :

A. Excellent Communication (both verbal and written) skills.

B. proficient in conducting daily ceremonies (Daily Stand ups, Sprint Planning, facilitate product backlog grooming, sprint retrospective and sprint closure etc. of Scrum Teams.

C. Stakeholder Management (involving senior partners) for discussing critical project discussions and close interaction with scrum team to discuss a lot of EPICS in short time, without compromising the outcome of the meetings by covering the impediments and be able to present a status on a real time basis.

D. Expert on using JIRA and able to derive various reports out of it. Manage Team's work via JIRA tool. Able to pull different metrics from JIRA like burndown charts, creating DASHBOARDs, expert in writing / understanding complex JQL queries.

E. Must have core banking working experience which will be helpful in understanding the overall project from technical & functional perspective. Someone who has played a role of BA or fully aware of BA function and entire delivery life cycle will be able to add a lot of value to this role.
