About the opportunity
The Project Manager delivers a portfolio of real estate projects across the organization’s national healthcare network, including new builds, renovations, relocations, and space optimizations. Highly execution-focused, the role coordinates General Contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on scope, schedule, and budget. With a strong understanding of construction processes, the Project Manager drives clear communication, resolves issues proactively, and supports smooth transitions from project delivery to operational readiness.
Salary range: $73,100-$103,600

Project Delivery & Coordination (35%)
- Coordinate delivery of clinic builds renovations, relocations, and space optimizations across multiple regions
- Support execution by coordinating contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Track schedules, milestones, and risks; elevate issues as needed
- Support smooth transitions from construction to operations, ensuring clinical and operational readiness
- Ensure projects align with clinical workflows, patient experience, accessibility, regulatory, and internal standards
Documentation & Reporting (20%)
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and close-out materials
- Provide regular status, risk, and milestone reporting
- Support project close-out and handover to Operations
Stakeholder & Relationship Management (30%)
- Build strong relationships with Operations, Finance, IT, Marketing, HR, Corporate Teams, and the Field
- Serve as a primary point of contact for contractors, consultants, and vendors
- Facilitate meetings, site walkthroughs, and regular project updates
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Schedule, Cost & Change Support (15%)
- Assist with schedule, budget, and change management in collaboration with Real Estate and Facilities teams
- Support evaluation of scope changes, constructability, and operational impacts
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, manage risk, and maintain quality
What you need to be successful
- Diploma or degree in Project Management, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in healthcare, retail, or multi-site environments
- Experience delivering clinic builds and renovations across multiple regions or national portfolios
- Working knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and consultant coordination
- PMP designation considered an asset
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized, collaborative, and relationship-driven
- Practical problem-solver with sound judgment and strong follow-through
- French language skills considered an asset
