Description de posteCollecting information required to properly identify the issue Assessing the situation and developing recommendations Implementing the solution, if required Transferring knowledge to the training team Written report on all findings, recommendations, implemented solution and knowledge transfer. Status updates on progress of intervention Perform needs assessment / analysis for training purposes; Communicate effectively by visual, oral, and written form with individuals, small group, and in front of large audiences in classroom and using distance learning tools; Interact with other teams to understand schedule dependencies, resolve cross-team issues, and ensure milestones are met; Provide timely and complete knowledge transfer to the project team staff through individual and group training, shadowing, demonstrations and written instructions Assist in developing and presenting various project status updates as well as project deliverables.
Our federal government client is looking for a Senior uPerform Courseware administrator to assist and provide solutions for potential uPerform issues within a high performance, established SAP team.
This position will be an ad-hoc, position for when issues arise.
Must haves :
- ANCILE uPerform Administrator certification
- Valid reliability clearance
