We are growing rapidly and are looking for a full-time Immigration Consultant to join our team. The consultant will represent clients through consultations and applications, contributing to their success and the company's growth. This role offers long-term development opportunities based on performance, initiative, and engagement.

Job Duties

• Provide immigration consultations to evaluate clients' profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways (study permits, work permits, express entry, etc.).
• Prepare and submit applications to IRCC, including filling out forms, drafting letters of motivation, and compiling supporting documents, managing each case from start to finish.
• Stay updated on recent changes in Canadian immigration laws.
• Monitor application statuses and follow up as needed.
• Maintain detailed and organized records for each client's immigration process.
• Complete electronic forms in compliance with ICCRC regulations.
• Participate proactively in paralegal training sessions.
• Follow up with clients post-consultation to close contracts effectively.
• Participate in social media videos to promote Immiland Canada's team of consultants.

Requirements

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English; French is a plus.
• 1-5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills with high analytical thinking aligned with company values.
• Good communication skills and professionalism with clients and colleagues.
• Flexible, autonomous, and proactive.
• Willingness to participate in promotional videos to attract clients.
• Good computer skills; familiarity with client management software and openness to learning new systems.
• Receptive to feedback and committed to personal growth.
• Valid ICCRC / IRCC license.
