Client is seeking a Tax Manager / Senior Manager to join their team in Coquitlam BC. This is a client-facing leadership role focused on providing tax and business planning strategies for private company clients.

Salary Range : $110000 $170000

Job Type : Full-time

Reports To : Senior Tax Manager

Team Size : 5

Location : Coquitlam BC (Hybrid 2 days in office)

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare tax technical research memos and correspondence

Review complex tax compliance including returns and election forms

Support team members on tax-related matters

Coach and develop junior staff

Identify planning opportunities and contribute to business growth

Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a One Team mindset

Required Qualifications :

CPA designation

CPA In-Depth Tax Course (enrolled / completed)

4 yrs public practice 2 yrs private company tax

Tax compliance & transactions

Strong communication & relationship skills

Self-motivated manages multiple clients
