Project Coordinator

Position : Project CoordinatorLocation : Rivière-des-Prairies (on site)Salary : $65KPerks : 3 weeks of vacation + 5 sick days, collective benefits, telemedicineReporting to the CSR Manager, the Project Coordinator is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to internal and external customers. He / she is also responsible for handling many major accounts with project execution from the manufacturing to the delivery. Responsibilities : - Process internal and external customer orders - Manage customer complaints - Closely monitor order process through all steps of manufacturing - Make arrangements between carriers and customers to ensure prompt delivery - Conduct required research and respond to customer questions and / or claims - Process various statistical reports - Effectively communicate with project managers and resource people in other departments- Manage inventoryEducation and Qualifications :  - At least 3 years of experience in a similar position - Experience in managing major accounts - At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment - Sense of organization, mobilization, planning and control - Ability to work in an entrepreneurial family business culture - Must be able to handle multiple projects - High competency and excellent time management skills Skills and Specifications :  - Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP system - Advanced and assertive English / French communication skills both written and verbal - Excellent customer service - Initiative and independence - Attention to detailPlease send your resume in Word format to Maia Slivinschi at [email protected] A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000!
