A typical day in the life as Branch Manager for Westoba’s Brandon market :

  • Out in the community bringing business to our branches – here at Westoba we don’t wait for our members to come to us
  • You strive to execute the tactical plans to achieve and surpass growth, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives
  • Coaching each of your people to ensure they are providing financial advice not just taking the members orders
  • You are always looking for ways for our members and our people to grow

You bring with you :

  • At least 5 years of experience in retail banking
  • Have several years’ experience in leading people and coaching to achieve growth and exceptional service
  • Strong strategic thinking and communication skills with the ability to not only connect the dots but also translate them and relate well with employees, leaders, and members in any channel they choose
  • A high-performing work ethic, ability to be nimble and focus on the right results while being a team player
  • Confidence and flexibility to challenge the status quo, elevate processes
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning & development for self and others
  • Strong background knowledge in retail lending is considered an asset
  • Knowledge in Wealth Management is considered an asset

    Salary range for this position is $78,295.48 - $119,147.02. Pay is based on skills and experience.
