High School Math & Science Tutor at Oxford Learning Centres Inc. – Oxford Learning Edmonton Windermere

This is a part-time, in-person position. You must be able to commute to the Windermere location. Relocation packages are not available. Vulnerable sector screening is mandatory. This role involves after-school, evening hours (4 : 00pm - 8 : 00pm) and some Saturdays (9 : 00am - 4 : 00pm). A commitment through the end of the school year in June is preferred; continuation through the summer is a plus.

Applicants should have a strong interest in mathematics and science and enjoy helping students build skills in these areas.

Note : Lessons are pre-planned; you will receive full training in our proprietary philosophy and methods.

Responsibilities (Position Details)

• Work directly with students as an Interactive Coach, teaching up to 3 students at a time at different levels
• Teach both online and in-person sessions
• Follow the Oxford Learning methodologies and philosophies
• Complete post-lesson notes and daily student communication updates
• Maintain a friendly and professional manner at all times
