Job Description

Hourly position

Are you the kind of person who knows the difference between a rotary hammer and an impact driver — and can spot a worn-out blade or cracked housing at a glance? Join our in-house tool repair and logistics team supporting commercial, industrial, and civil construction projects. We’re looking for someone who’s worked with tools professionally — not just moved them — and who takes pride in keeping gear organized, functional, and field‑ready.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect, service, and perform minor repairs on a wide range of hand tools and light equipment — including drills, grinders, nail guns, generators, pressure washers, and more
• Pick and fulfill tool orders from request forms, walk‑ins, and phone calls
• Load, unload, and organize tools and gear across warehouse zones and storage yards
• Conduct incoming / outgoing inspections to ensure tools are safe, functional, and ready for deployment
• Coordinate external repairs and recertifications for torque wrenches, fall protection gear, and other specialized equipment
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces across the warehouse and external shop areas
