Durham Autohaus is your local Automotive Protection & Enhancement Experts! We specialize in premium vehicle protection and enhancement services, including window tint, paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coatings, remote starters, anti-theft solutions, dash cameras, windshield protection film (WPF), and rustproofing.

We're looking for a dynamic, results-drivenSales Leadto lead our growing team to new heights! If you're a hands‑on leader who thrives on coaching winners, converting inbound leads at elite levels, and has a proven track record of crushing sales goals, this is your chance to step into a role with serious earning potential and real impact.

What You'll Do :

  • Lead from the front – Coach, train, and develop your team of 2‑5 sales reps to consistently exceed their goals
  • Maximize every opportunity – Convert our steady flow of inbound leads through expert discovery, consultation, and closing
  • Stay in the game – Take appointments, close deals, and model the exact behaviors you want to see from your team
  • Track and optimize – Monitor metrics, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve conversion rates
  • Assist in building systems that scale – Create processes, training materials, and scripts that turn good reps into great ones
  • Own the results – Take full accountability for team revenue targets and individual performance
  • Who are we looking for?

    Sales Champions with Leadership DNA!

  • 5+ years of proven sales success – You've hit targets, exceeded quotas, and you've got the track record to prove it
  • Experience managing or coaching 2‑5 sales reps – You know how to develop talent and drive team performance
  • Outbound cold calling background – If you can close a cold call, you can DEFINITELY dominate warm inbound leads!
  • Metrics-driven mindset – You live and breathe conversion rates, close ratios, and revenue numbers
  • Player‑coach mentality – You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves, take appointments, and show your team how it's done
  • Bonus Points :

  • Automotive aftermarket or high‑ticket B2C sales experience
  • Background in consultative, relationship‑based selling
  • Experience with CRM systems (we use High Level) and sales automation
