Join an exciting, developing team! We are a TSSA‑certified, non‑union HVAC contractor based in Brampton, specializing in refrigeration piping for commercial (and some residential) installations. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HVAC Estimator to take their career to the next level. You will join our core estimating team and play a key role in managing estimating projects, working with engineers and contractors, and helping drive our continued success. We’re looking for someone analytical, detail‑oriented, and motivated to grow within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Take the lead on estimating, ensuring everything runs smoothly, accurately, and on time while consistently exceeding client expectations.
• Carefully review project details to make sure quotes are thorough, accurate, and submitted within the required timelines.
• Dive into project specs—like RFPs, drawings, and addendums—to fully understand the scope and create precise piping schematics.
• Stay in touch with contractors to ensure clear and effective communication throughout the bidding process.
• Work closely with the Lead Engineer (Estimating Manager) and other estimators, collaborating to keep the estimating process efficient and organized.
