About Us
We’re an independent winery located in the heart of Toronto, known for crafting expressive contemporary wines and creating community-driven experiences at our two locations. Our vibrant events business runs everything from weddings to corporate events to dance parties. We run two bottle shops, an online store, a thriving wholesale business and will soon be selling in the LCBO. We are a small team and have been steadily growing since our inception in 2018. We are seeking a full-time Marketing and Content Manager to join us as we take our brand to new heights and sharpen our existing marketing strategy. With multiple streams of revenue and sales formats we are looking to evolve our marketing to meet the growing demands of our business.
This full-time job involves developing strategy and also being a hands-on content creator. You will be the one-stop shop for all things marketing, reporting to and working directly with ownership and management. This is an on-site position with work-from-home advantages. We are seeking someone who is creative, agile, self directed and has the ability to create short to long term marketing strategies that align with our brand.
What You’ll Do
Marketing Strategy & Brand Growth
- Develop and execute seasonal and year-round marketing campaigns
- Define brand voice and ensure consistency across all channels
- Building and nurturing key brand alliances through targeted outreach and collaborative sponsorships.
- Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement, producing reports for in-house analysis
- PR outreach to media directly and via press release
- Working with charities and donation based collaborations
- Work on our e-commerce and delivery app sales and marketing strategy
Social Media & Content Creation
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, email and other platforms
- Manage posting schedules, community engagement, and DMs
- Collaborate with our winemaking and front-of-house teams to share authentic behind-the-scenes stories
- Maintain a content calendar aligned with events, product launches, and seasonal priorities
Event Marketing & Promotion
- Create digital and print assets to promote winery events
- Coordinate with media, email marketing, and influencer outreach
- Attend key events to capture content and support real-time storytelling
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years experience in marketing, social media, content creation, or events (wine/hospitality a plus!)
- Strong photography and short-form video skills (Reels/TikTok)
- Solid understanding of brand storytelling and audience engagement
- Highly organized, self-directed, and proactive
- Passion for wine, food, culture, and creating memorable experiences
- Professional photography/videography equipment
Compensation
- Salary range: $65,000 – $78,000, commensurate with experience
- Paid time off & opportunities for growth
