The Opportunity

We are looking for a Manager Mortgage Operations to support MZs Mortgage Operations group and the day to day management of MZs loan portfolio. The Manager will be responsible for updating MZs cashflow forecasting tools assisting in the completion of project loan advances review and tracking of mortgage discharges lender correspondence and supporting with compliance management. This position is a replacement vacancy.

The Role

Project Evaluation and Underwriting

• Obtaining and evaluating Borrower project specific financing information (i.e. budget anticipated cashflows valuations Borrower credit status capital structure security sales market cost comparables overall risk profile etc.) with sophisticated financial models / databases for prospective project / financing opportunities. This also includes providing in-depth research materials to support market conditions and potential legislative / regulatory changes impacting potential or existing projects.
• Evaluating and verifying project analysis provided by the analyst team for presentation and recommendation to Senior Management.
• Communicate with the Borrower and Lender stakeholders / clients to outline project strengths and weakness and respond to questions as necessary.
• Review loan documents.
• Aid in the execution of the financing transaction closings as required.

Salary Range

$100000-$120000 annually based on experience and education with bonus incentive.
