MatrixHR is recruiting skilled Journeyman Insulators for an exciting opportunity in Kitimat BC. This position offers a rotationary schedule, fly in / fly out and camp provided.

Location : Kitimat, BC

Start Date : ASAP

What We Offer :

  • Competitive Pay :
  • $52 / hour for Journeypersons. (Days)
  • $3 / per hour night shift premium.
  • Generous Overtime Pay : Earn 1.5x your standard rate after 8 hours / day or 40 hours / week.
  • Flexible Rotations : Choose between 14 days on / 7 days off or 20 days on / 8 days off.
  • Fly-In, Fly-Out (FIFO) : Provided from major hubs.
  • Supportive Work Environment : Be part of a team that values safety, collaboration, and professional growth.

Your Role : As a Journeyman Insulator with Matrix HR, your responsibilities will include :

  • Installing and maintaining insulation systems on industrial equipment, pipes, and structures.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications for accurate installations.
  • Contributing to a safe, efficient, and collaborative worksite.

    • What We Need From You :

  • Certification or Proof of Experience : Journeyperson ticket or proof of hours over 6068.
  • Relevant Experience : Previous industrial insulation work required.
  • Identification : Valid government-issued ID.
  • Safety Certifications : CSTS 2020, WHMIS 2015, CSO, or BSO.
  • Testing : Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol (D&A) test.
