Description de posteInstall and maintain water filtration and softening systems at customer locations. Conduct routine service checks and troubleshoot equipment issues. Educate customers on product usage and maintenance for optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery. Document service activities and maintain accurate records. Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries professionally. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all installations. Assist with inventory management and equipment maintenance. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus. Previous experience in plumbing, HVAC, or water treatment preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
