Key Responsibilities

• Identify business metrics and reporting solutions to enhance the business intelligence function.
• Develop and maintain user‑centric reporting and provide subject‑matter expertise to business leaders.
• Curate, monitor, track, and notify on data and insights across the enterprise.
• Design and prototype new analyses, data modelling, reports, visualizations, and data analytics in accordance with data governance, reporting design, and testing standards.
• Ensure creation and ongoing maintenance of process documentation for key deliverables.
• Collaborate in a cross‑functional squad with other members of Enterprise Data and Analytics.

Compensation

The expected base salary range for this position is $79,500.00 – $129,500.00. Depending on your relevant experience, skills, qualifications, market conditions, and business needs, base compensation may vary. You have the potential to earn more through Gore Mutual’s discretionary bonus program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
