Position The Operator is responsible for starting up and operating the equipment under their responsibility in accordance with the company’s established operating procedures. Responsibilities Set up, adjust, and fine-tune production equipment; Operate equipment such as control panels, computer terminals, and monitoring systems ; Monitor indicators, computer readings, and control screens; Perform established quality tests and make necessary adjustments; Complete and maintain production logs and records ; Know and comply at all times with quality and food safety standards , occupational health and safety regulations , and company policies ; Assist and support other operators to ensure the proper operation of production equipment; Perform various production-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor ; Ensure that the finished product meets the highest quality standards ; Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times; Clean surfaces and equipment using water and cleaning products ; Rinse surfaces and equipment using high- and low-pressure water systems ; Clean surfaces and equipment using prescribed chemicals , in accordance with established protocols and procedures; Perform daily tasks including, but not limited to : emptying and refilling garbage and recycling bins; restocking hand soap, hand sanitizer, and paper towels; restocking cup dispensers; replenishing and maintaining sanitary supply inventories; Perform any other related duties .
