A reputable landscaping company in Kitchener seeks a Crew Leader / Horticulturist to supervise maintenance operations. The role includes leading a crew, performing horticultural work, and ensuring quality standards. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years experience in horticulture and hold a valid G-Class Driver's License. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of CA$23 to CA$30 per hour, along with health benefits and a supportive work environment.
