Job Description

Location
Our Talent Acquisition Specialist will be an integral part of our Global People Strategy team.

***This role is based remotely in Eastern US or Eastern Canada for independent contractors with an expected duration of 6 months.***

Who We Are
DoiT is a global technology company that works with cloud-driven organizations to leverage the cloud to drive business growth and innovation. We combine data, technology, and human expertise to ensure our customers operate in a well-architected and scalable state - from planning to production.

Delivering DoiT Cloud Intelligence, the only solution that integrates advanced technology with human intelligence, we help our customers solve complex multicloud problems and drive efficiency.

With decades of multicloud experience, we have specializations in Kubernetes, GenAI, CloudOps, and more. An award-winning strategic partner of AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, we work alongside more than 4,000 customers worldwide.

The Opportunity
Our Talent Acquisition team is dedicated to identifying, attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent to help DoiT achieve its strategic goals. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process—with a strong focus on proactive sourcing and prospecting—to build and manage global pipelines for roles across North America, LATAM and EMEA.

You'll partner closely with hiring managers and teams to deeply understand role requirements and drive outreach efforts that target both active and passive talent aligned to our business priorities. Using data-driven insights, you'll ensure we consistently deliver high-quality hires that advance our strategic direction. You'll also contribute to our DEI initiatives, talent branding efforts, and help shape a more inclusive workplace.

Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of hiring for GTM, G&A, and technical roles in a SaaS company and experience leading full-cycle recruitment processes, with a focus on engaging passive candidates. We're looking for someone who is a self-starter, thrives on challenges, is energetic and is driven by results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full life-cycle hiring process for assigned roles.
  • Locate and engage passive candidates using various sourcing techniques, supporting both current and future hiring needs.
  • Foster a "referral culture" to encourage employee-driven talent referrals across teams.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to DEI goals by proactively sourcing, building diverse talent pipelines, and ensuring an inclusive recruitment process.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to enhance collaboration, alignment, and accountability throughout the hiring process.
  • Coach and guide hiring managers, providing training and best practices to equip them for success.
  • Partner closely with business units to maintain a deep understanding of their evolving needs and stay informed on industry trends
  • Leverage data to drive informed hiring decisions.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and a respectful interview process that reflects our DoiT's values.
  • Plan and execute programs and initiatives that enhance TA processes, efficiency, and knowledge sharing.
  • Partner with the Employee Engagement Specialist to promote DoiT's employer brand as an exceptional workplace.

Qualifications

  • A strong passion for recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • 1-2 years of experience as an in-house recruiter working for a SaaS tech company, hiring for both GTM and technical roles.
  • Hands-on ownership and leadership of the end-to-end hiring process, including writing job descriptions, interviewing, collaborating closely with hiring managers, negotiating, and managing offers.
  • Proven sourcing skills with the ability to find, engage, and activate passive candidates effectively.
  • Proficiency in recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and data management/reporting techniques.
  • Results-oriented, agile, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • A people person with excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Native level English.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in successfully implementing AI in hiring efforts.
  • Experience working with Greenhouse.
  • An experience / understanding of the cloud management space.
  • Experience managing remote hiring processes.
  • Experience hiring in APAC.
  • Additional languages.
  • BA in Human Resources or a relevant related discipline.
