Job Overview

We are offering locum opportunities for Family Physicians at multiple family practice clinics in Creston, BC. Flexible scheduling options include a week, a month, or longer periods. Travel incentives and choice of practice style (Clinic, ED, Hospitalist) are available.

Located in the southeastern corner of BC in the unceded traditional territory of the Yaqan Nukiy within the Ktunaxa Nations, Creston Valley offers a unique climate, incomparable scenery, and diverse agriculture. Work Responsibilities

• Provide routine clinical care within the participating family practice clinics.
• Offer approximately 1 : 11 on‑call emergency services.
• Deliver acute patient services at Creston Valley Hospital, including GP surgery, anesthesia, low‑risk obstetrics, inpatient services, and dialysis.
• Support diagnostic services (laboratory, imaging, ultrasound).
• Collaborate with hospital support departments : pharmacy, dietary, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and other ancillary services.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Type : Combination.

Benefits and Incentives : May be eligible for additional remuneration under the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA), including a Retention Premium of 16.66 %.
