What will your typical day look like?

As a SAFe Scrum Master, you will :

• Agile Facilitation : Act as a SAFe Scrum Master for one or more development teams, guiding them through the Scrum framework and promoting agile practices. Facilitate all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Cloud Expertise : Possess a foundational understanding of cloud computing concepts and the services offered by major public cloud providers like AWS, GCP, and / or Azure. Be able to provide guidance on cloud-related decisions and help teams leverage cloud services effectively.
• Team Empowerment : Coach and mentor team members in agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization. Assist teams in identifying and removing impediments to their progress.
• Collaboration : Foster collaboration and communication between development teams, product owners, and stakeholders. Ensure a clear understanding of the product backlog items and their priorities.
• Continuous Improvement : Drive the adoption of agile best practices and principles, encouraging teams to iteratively improve their processes and deliver high-quality products. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
• Metrics and Reporting : Collect and analyze relevant agile and team performance metrics to provide insights into team progress and identify areas of concern. Present regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Technical Awareness : Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in cloud computing. Use this knowledge to assist teams in making informed decisions about cloud architecture and technology selection.
• Conflict Resolution : Act as a mediator in conflicts, helping teams to find resolutions that promote collaboration and maintain a positive work environment.
