Description de posteStrong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in inventory management systems (Oracle). Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) for reporting to finance / internal / external auditors. Familiarity with warehouse operations and supply chain processes. Understanding of cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and exception handling. Ability to travel quarterly from 857 York Mills Road to 1595 North Service Rd E, Oakville, ON L6H 7T1. CPIM Certification is an asset, but not required. Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (CPIM an asset). 2–4 years of experience in inventory control or exception management. Knowledge of KPIs related to inventory accuracy and shrinkage. Must work 5 days per week from the office (857 York Mills Road). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Position : Inventory Analyst
Pay : $30–$31 per hour (+$1 / hour for travel to Oakville)
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 a.m.–4 : 30 p.m.
Start Date : ASAP
Work Location : 857 York Mills Road
Core Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels across multiple locations.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and exceptions promptly.
- Perform root cause analysis for stock variances and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP / WMS systems and generate inventory reports.
