Rumble Boxing is a premium, high-energy boxing-inspired fitness brand built on community, intensity, and results. We're looking for a Front-of-House Client Sales Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves people, and is motivated by performance.
This role is the first and last impression of the studio. You'll drive membership and class-pack sales, manage leads, and deliver a professional, high-touch client experience every shift.

What You'll Own
Sales & Revenue
Sell memberships and class packs through in-person, phone, and digital follow-upConvert leads into booked classes, trials, and membershipsFollow up daily on inquiries, leads, and no-showsHit and exceed weekly and monthly sales goalsCommunicate promotions, pricing, and studio offerings with confidenceClient Experience
Welcome every client with energy and professionalismDeliver a smooth check-in process and positive first class experienceHandle client questions, concerns, and feedback quickly and respectfullyBuild relationships that support retention and referralsFront-of-House Operations
Keep the front desk clean, organized, and ready for peak trafficSupport opening / closing duties and daily studio checklistsManage phone, email, and internal communications promptlySupport the Studio Manager with administrative tasks as neededYour Background
23+ years of sales experience (fitness, hospitality, retail, or service environments preferred)Confident communication skills (in-person and phone)Comfortable working toward targets and KPIsStrong organization and attention to detailAble to work mornings, evenings, weekends as requiredWho You Are
