Job Description

Our Heavy Vehicle Parts Division is looking for a Sales Manager.

Traction is a division of UAP inc., which is a Canadian leader in the distribution and merchandising of automotive parts and replacement accessories for cars, trucks and heavy vehicles.

Your responsibilities will be the following:

• Lead efforts to increase TW sales by proposing and executing strategies.
• Manage/lead a team of Territory Managers with the goal of meeting sales quotas and providing optimal customer service.
• Conduct visits to key customers alongside Territory Managers.
• Plan quarterly business reviews with our various banners.
• Participate in budget preparation. Develop the annual TW sales plan and sales quotas for TW Territory Managers based on available sales data and budget objectives.
• Expand our distribution network with our various banners.

Qualifications

To join our team, you need:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in sales team management.
• Bilingualism in French and English, as you will be working fluently with internal customers across Canada.
• Availability to travel accros the province of Quebec and the Maritimes as well.
