About the Role

As our Finance Controller, you’ll play a critical role in building financial systems and ensuring rock-solid accuracy across all reporting and compliance efforts. You’ll work closely with our Director of Finance and executive leadership to ensure our books, policies, and processes support our ambition to scale fast and smart.

You’ll bring rigor, structure, and control to a high-growth environment—and you’ll do it without slowing things down.

What You’ll Do

1. Own and optimize day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, reporting, tax, and compliance.
2. Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
3. Manage internal controls, audits, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and forecasting.
5. Implement process improvements and automation across all financial workflows.
6. Monitor key financial KPIs and help drive data-informed decision-making.
7. Support external audits and maintain all required documentation.

What You Bring

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required.
2. Experience: 6+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, ideally in tech or high-growth businesses.
3. Knowledge: Deep understanding of PH tax laws, BIR compliance, and international accounting standards.
4. Systems: Hands-on experience with accounting platforms like Xero, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or SAP.
5. Mindset: Strong attention to detail with the ability to work fast without sacrificing accuracy.
6. Attitude: A no-drama, get-it-done attitude. You bring structure to chaos and love building from scratch.
7. Bonus: Experience working across multiple geographies or currencies.

Location: The Penthouse, One World Place, 9th Avenue, BGC Taguig, Metro Manila (Full on-site)
