Job Description This position requires an individual who is organized, hardworking, and takes pride in their work. Strong leadership and people management skills are a must as is the ability to communicate effectively with both management, colleagues, and clients.
Due to the nature of our work and the demands of our clients, flexible working hours are required though a typical work week is Monday-Friday, 7 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. The Cleaning / Content Technician maybe required to take their turn in the rotation of being on-call.There is an element of supervisory skills required in this position. It is expected that the Technician will put structure around the cleaning / pack out / content management teams to ensure they deliver expected results that meet our quality standards and deliver total customer satisfaction.

Given that over time, the Employee has demonstrated success in the performance of his / her duties, as described above, the Employee can expect to be promoted to take on a more supervisory role where they will be given more responsibility for delivering quality results and made accountable for a number of teams working in this function.
Some conditions that could have an effect on when / if this might occur include : the financial ability of the company to expand the role; the Employee’s dedication, commitment, ability and intent to taking on more responsibility within the company; or a restructuring of business functions and reassigning of responsibilities brought about by either business growth or a down turn in market conditions.
Possession of a valid Ontario G class Driver’s License and a clean driving record is required at the time of hiring and must be maintained while employed. A police check will be conducted before any employment commences.
