Compensation : $80,000 to $85,000 plus commission
Our client, a well-established and highly respected transportation company in North America, is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their team in Moncton, NB.

Responsibilities :
- Growing lease revenue across the Atlantic region by developing new business opportunities
- Strengthening existing accounts and identifying ways to improve profitability
- Converting rental customers into long-term lease agreements through consultative selling
- Building and executing territory and account plans to drive sustainable revenue growth
- Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets
- Preparing and presenting quotes, negotiating agreements, and closing deals
- Using Salesforce to manage pipeline activity and ensure timely follow-ups
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customers receive excellent service
- Proactively prospecting for new business using networking, LinkedIn, and other tools
Skills and Responsibilities :
5+ years of outside sales experienceTransportation industry experience (an asset, not mandatory)Confidence selling to decision-makers at all levelsStrong communication and presentation skillsSolid organizational skills and comfort using Microsoft Office and SalesforceA track record of success in a competitive sales environmentA motivated, self-driven approach with strong follow-throughThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being out in the market, and wants to build long-term relationships while growing their career within a stable and expanding organization.
