Senior ServiceNow Administrator
Description of Assignment
The ServiceNow Program requires a Senior ServiceNow Administrator that will proactively work towards the platform’s stabilization, strategic growth / functionality road-mapping, and configuration of smaller scale processes in support of process improvements and Employee Experience.
Assignment Duties
Experience and Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required; Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification preferred.
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow administration and configuration.
4. Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration tasks, including user management, ACLs, UI policies, and business rules.
5. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and principles.
6. Experience with ServiceNow modules, such as Incident, Change, Asset (HAM and SAM), Configuration Management, Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Application Portfolio Management (APM).
7. Has successfully performed ServiceNow platform upgrades 8. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and customizations.
9. Experience with ServiceNow integrations, MID Server configuration, APIs, and REST / SOAP web services.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep attention to detail.
Deliverables
1. Configures and customizes ServiceNow modules (ITSM, SPM, and APM), platform and mobile to meet business requirements.
2. Provides support and training to ServiceNow users, including troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and delivering training sessions as needed.
3. Perform platform upgrades, module upgrades, and patches as required
4. Work with Subscription Management and process leads for overall license management
5. Monitor and address security vulnerabilities and compliance requirements.
6. User access administration with a focus on least privileged access and overly permissive ACLs.
7. Responsible for collaborating on day-to-day operations, implementing best practices, and ensuring the platform's reliability, security, scalability and performance.
