Position : Bilingual Customer Care Specialist Location : Woodbridge, ON (100% Onsite)Salary : Competitive and based on experienceJob Type : Permanent Our client within the manufacturing industry is seeking a dynamic and motivated Bilingual Customer Care Specialist to join their team onsite in Woodbridge. In this role, you'll support team members, gain in-depth knowledge of products and processes, and work towards directly assisting customers and intercompany associates with their daily needs. You'll play a key role in building strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and support departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience, fostering future growth and success.Responsibilities : - Provide outstanding support for French-speaking customers in a technical product environment, including handling inquiries, pricing and discounts, order entry, follow-ups, and after-sales support.- Review orders for accuracy in products and pricing, and proactively engage with customers to ensure their requirements are met while suggesting alternatives when necessary.- Build strong relationships and foster understanding with customers, sales teams, teammates, and support departments to meet and exceed customer expectations consistently.- Act as a customer advocate within the organization, delivering timely and accurate updates to customers, sales teams, and internal departments.- Collaborate with the sales team to drive growth and uncover new opportunities with customers.- Perform additional responsibilities as required.Qualifications : - Fluent in French and English (Bilingual).- 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Care Specialist supporting custom products or building materials.- Solid understanding of customer service principles and practices.- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office applications, and experience navigating ERP systems like JD Edwards.- Knowledge of manufacturing and / or building material products is an asset.- A university degree or technology-related diploma.Skills and Experience : - Proven ability to deliver excellent customer support in a fast-paced environment.- A passion for learning and providing technical guidance on products.- Successful track record working in a B2B environment.- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.- Resourceful problem-solver with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and implementing solutions.- Excellent relationship-building skills, including conflict resolution and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.Physical Demands and Working Conditions : - Work in a manufacturing / industrial environment with occasional exposure to dust and noise.- Ability to navigate through a large manufacturing facility on occasion.Why Join Our Client's Team?- Comprehensive employer-paid benefits plan and RRSP.- Opportunities for ongoing training and development.- Collaborative and supportive team environment.- A stable and growing industry with opportunities for advancement.If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply today!Please send your resume in Word format to Christina Cerra at [email protected] A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000!
