Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and proactive individual to join our team as a Junior Associate. In this role, you will support our team of commercial real estate professionals by conducting market research, generating contacts, managing internal databases, and performing tasks that directly contribute to our team's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and gather insights about the commercial real estate industry.
• Manage and update internal databases with information on newly available properties, transactions, tenants, and market developments.
• Assist with various tasks and projects to support the real estate team.
• Perform regular updates to property databases through telephone surveys, on-site visits, broker meetings, research forums, and other sources.
• Respond to internal and external client requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of property and availability information.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate representative in the province of Ontario (RECO).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• A passion for building relationships and expanding your professional network.
• Ability to deliver efficient, reliable, and courteous service to clients.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of real estate transactions.
