My not for profit Vancouver based client is seeking a Lead, Client Support & Grants for their expanding team. This role can be one hundred percent remote or based in office is this person prefers. As the Lead, Client Support & Grants you will report directly to the Manager. As the Lead, Client Support & Grants you will be responsible for client management , having a full understanding of program offerings, grant management workflow, liaising with different departments, email correspondence, develop effective templates, collaboration and coaching across teams, implement defined goals. Leveraging company program knowledge and grant management procedures.

• 3 plus years
• Superior written and verbal communication
• Self-motivated
• Ideally previous grant or membership experience
• Previous experience working in an academic environment (advantageous)
• French bilingual (advantageous)
