Credit Analyst

The Role:

As a result of our robust growth, we are adding a Credit Analyst to our team of professionals. This role will work out of our Black’s Harbour or Saint John, NB office, reporting to the Credit Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approving credit applications
• Collections
• Generating Management Reports
• Monitoring Credit limits
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong sense of Initiative
• Professional Attitude
• Cross-training within the department (Invoicing, deposits & applying payments)

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience including experience with accounting systems
• A post-secondary education in Accounting or Administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP and complex formulas
• An energetic self-starter who works well in a deadline driven environment
• High attention to detail
• A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office is a key requirement
