This position is a full-time 100% onsite position at our downtown office.
Talent Sourcing Specialist
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
- Utilize job boards, , professional networks, Boolean searches, social media, and other sourcing tools.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Provide regular updates on sourcing activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
- Screen candidates through initial phone calls to assess fit, interest, and qualifications.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Represent the organization professionally and positively to promote employer branding.
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends, competitor analysis, and opportunities.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of sourcing tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Engage with passive candidates to nurture long-term relationships for future opportunities.
- Track and report on key sourcing metrics (e.g., time-to-source, conversion rates).
- Analyze sourcing data to continuously improve strategies and optimize performance.
Qualifications & Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum 5 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or related role.Strong expertise in sourcing tools, including Recruiter, Boolean searches, and ATS systems.Knowledge of sourcing strategies for passive candidates.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong research and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Work Environment
